I get an error message during calibration with GLM 5 - what can I do?

If the AutoCal process (calibration) fails during system setup with GLM 5, e.g. because it stops after one sweep has been played by the first speaker, there may be several reasons for this.
Please check the following:
- Is your internet connection working?
- If you're using a firewall or other software that might block communication with a server, define an exception for GLM and make sure that access for https://glmcloud.genelec.com/ is allowed.
- GLM stores data to this local folder: User > Your Username > Documents > Genelec > GLM5. Don't change the location of this folder (e.g. using a cloud service). Read & Write access to this folder is also mandatory.
- Is your microphone working? Does the SPL value shown in GLM change while you're talking, for example?
If you have checked these options but are still having problems, try this:
- Close GLM
- Delete the complete DSP folder in User > Your Username > Documents > Genelec > GLM5
- Re-start GLM
- In rare cases, it may be necessary to restart the entire system.
