Can I purchase spare parts for Genelec products, or obtain service manuals?

Genelec maintains long-term support for its products and stocks spare parts for many years, even for older models. We also aim to service products long after warranty expires.

For safety reasons, and to ensure that servicing is carried out correctly and that the performance of our products is maintained at the highest level, Genelec and its distributors generally do not provide schematics or sell spare parts.*

There are no user-serviceable parts inside the product. All maintenance must be performed by qualified, authorised service personnel.

All Genelec products should be serviced either by an authorised service centre or by Genelec Oy.
