I have just received 2 Genelec 8351BM-6 speakers but running GLM for the first time instead of a Right speaker there is 'Update'
Why would that happen?
How do I change this?

PS Instructions say GLM Main window has an update button. My GLM window does not.
PPS Lots of GLM functions not working. Registration not possible. Also support from GLM app will not send a message.

I guess you're using the recent version GLM 5.0.4? This is how you can update the firmware of speakers:

Did you try to register your speakers in MyGenelec.com directly?
Which other functions are not working?
