Very bizarre behavior: when launching GLM for the first time after boot, it hangs with the splash sceern and the main screen visible. Speakers don't turn on.
After killing the task, it starts, all speakers turn on, but the right monitor is offline (LED green, no sound). Power cycling the speaker brings it back.
All speakers have been update to firmware 1.14.7.6281

We'll release 5.2.2 soon - in the meantime please use 5.2.0 if you have issues with 5.2.1 ... it's fully compatible with the newest firmware versions. Greetings!
I too am experiencing this. I have replaced the USB cable and tried different USB ports on the PC. Same result. Windows 11 25H2
I have not issue after upgrade. after one month, today, it freeze after every start up. what is fun is this version has been deleted from genelec office website! gone! the download is gone! how can you do this genelec? now i can start up my glm. and previous version can not open the setup i made with 5.2.1version! should i throw away my 7350 and 8330?
I think Genelec tech support can guide you through a way to fix this as they did for me. I would open a support ticket. Good luck!
Seems like Genelec withdrew 5.2.1 and offers now 5.2.0 again on the downloads page.

I'm having same issue, and my speakers aren't recognized in GLM as Online and cannot be used! What is the status of this issue? is there a workaround that I can use to actually use the speakers??

Yosi - I reinstalled GLM version 5.2.0 and everything is performing as expected. Hopefully this will work for you too.
