Hi,
I have updated my environment to GLM 5.2.1.
After that I have updated all devices with new FW version.
The last device I have updated is the GLM itself. After that update the GLM is shown as disconnected.

Things I have tried so far:
- try the GLM at different computers (Mac & PC)
- reboot the computers
- replace the USB cable
- connect the GLM directly to the computer (means no hub in between)
The GLM is still disconnected. So I assume that the FW update failed for any reason. What can I do?

I'm having same issue, and my speakers aren't recognized in GLM as Online and cannot be used! What is the status of this issue? is there a workaround that I can use to actually use the speakers??

Hi Yosi, got new Glm-interface from Genelec. Its a bug in some of the boxes that bricks them.
what, how did you end up? did them check your issue and directed you to go and replace it?
Yes, checked the serial and sent me working unit.
