Hello! I have my 9320A connected to my MacBook Pro via USB 3. I send my audio signal to the 9320A. When I select the headphone output option, I can hear the audio signal, but when I select the analog or digital output option, the 9320A doesn't output anything. I've already connected the power supply through the USB 3 port, as well as the additional port marked "power." How can I solve this problem? I look forward to your comments. Best regards.

If you click "edit" in the Group Preset tab, then click the 9320A in the grid, what does it say for Input Preset and Output Preset?
Als what speakers are you using?
