I have a GLM calibrated 7360a subwoofer in my studio, along with several 8330a's making up a 9.1.4 system. The calibrated settings have been stored to all of the speakers including the subwoofer, and the subwoofer's "stored" dip switch is set to ON.
Despite this, when I power on the subwoofer in standalone mode its measured phase trace (using SMAART) is different from its reading when GLM is running on the host computer.
In addition to this, changing the phase value in GLM has no effect on the subwoofer.
In general, it seems as though there's some weird behaviour with subwoofer phase in my system. Going forward, I will always load the GLM software when mixing, but ideally I'd also like to trust that my system can run fine in standalone mode.
I've made two videos where I go into more detail on this issue. I've also made a support ticket, but also would like to check in here with the community to see if anyone has any comments or suggestions.
