GLM crashing and strange behavior

I'm having a problem recalibrating my 7.1.4 speaker setup. When calibrating, although in the group, the height speakers are not part of the calibration. Also the GLM is constantly crashing when trying to phase align my subwoofer. If tried to reinstall and delete the DSP folder, but nothing seems to work.
