Hi!
I have moved into a new room and have just run the glm room calibration with my 8340a and sub.
I did 3 calibrations in total all from the same position about 10 mins apart. Nothing changed in the room.
They all sounds slightly different and have different correction.
One is brighter and more scooped sounding.
One has more low mids.
And one is more low end.
I’m just explaining the sound without going into frequency detail. But the actual correction graph is different on each.
This makes it hard to make a decision with one to trust as most accurate.
Is this normal?
Should I just go with the I like the sound of best?
If all the calibrations were the same it would make it and easy choice. But now I’m stuck second guessing myself as to which one sounds best and which I should use.
I’m sure I could do another 3 and they would all be different.
Thanks!

Hi! This should of course not be the case. Could you please do the following: Create a new setup file (File > New), calibrate the first group. Create a second group, and calibrate again. And finally do the same for a third group. Don't change anything in between. Also make sure that you are standing at the same position during measurements. Create a GRADE report for this last group (Services > GRADE Report Order). Then go to the Services menu and select Get Support. You can just copy-paste the text you posted here. We'll have a closer look at your setup and the results and will get back to you! All the best!
