Yesterday I updated the GLM5 software and also the firmware updates for the speakers and the 9320A
Now the speakers do not work when the GLM software is started.
Has anyone else had the problem ? It is incredibly annoying as the speakers are basically useless
Genelec need to fix this immediately

What do you see if you open the 9320's settings page in GLM?
Do you see any levels?
Is the input and output selected correctly?
Is the Master Level Mode set to GLM (fixed) for using SAM speakers (under Group Preset > Edit > click on 9320-icon)?

Fixed it
Depleted group, then made a new group and performed a calibration with USB in / Digital Out (fixed).
Seems to be working OK now
Unfortunately I am getting Error 400 for Grade Report request. Please can you advise what this means ?
