I installed the new GLM5. Before I was using GLM4.
There is a new feature, to set the startup level for example to -60dB. This one should also be deactivated or a menu for the wired volume controller or last volume etc.
Each time I start the GLM5 the volume goes away from the volume controlled settings, that is not convenient.
Can you update please!

Sorry for the delayed response. Startup level was introduced mainly because of the new 9320A reference controller. But we'll share your feedback with our software team to think about an alternative option. Greetings!

thank you for your response and forwarding the issue to the software team. An option do disable startup level would be really welcome since else version 5 wont be usable for older setups with volume control. Cheers!

You're welcome, Thomas! The only difference compared to 4.2.2 - you can't use the full range of the volume knob if you set the max. level restriction. If you like to do so, just use Group Sensitivity (Group Preset > Edit). Greetings!
Thanks for the hint, Marcel. I actually find it really useful to have the combination of a max. level restriction and the volume knob.
