Something happened with my GLM system. Not even totally sure what happened exactly only that I was working in Pro Tools, updated Eucontrol on my Mac Ultra Studio M2, something went haywire with Icloud Drive, Documents Desktops etc, Next thing I know GLM will not open. Crashes everytime. I unintalled, installed again. Trying different things. No luck, anyone share this issue at some time?
Did extensive cleanup of any GLM related files, re installed and still crashing.

Hi Todd, I believe our agent have already helped you with this case.
In case if somebody else have a similar issues, please try following:
Delete DSP folder manually from this path: Documents->Genelec->GLM4->DSP
Have the same issue since yetserday evening. GLM chrashed while restarting the PC and after Startup i cannot open GLM anymore. deinstalled, reinstalled, deleted the dsp folder, changed security on win10, deinstalled avira, installed malwarebytes, and avast, deinstalled everything again, yada yada, i am now on hour 5 and still GLM wont open
Deleting the whole GLM4 folder in Documents did help.
