New to this forum as I have just become the very proud owner of a pair of 8341’s and GLM 4.2.2
I’ve just been calibrating however the autocal2 is not uploading. I strongly suspect it has something to do with my Zonealarm Extreme Security Nextgen, as the pop up is appearing bottom RHS of the screen (threat emulation inspected file). I’ve tried turning off the ZA modules one at a time, but no dice. My internet connection is working fine. I have submitted a support ticket to Genelec but no reply after a couple of days so I guess they are v busy.
Is anyone using GLM with Zonealarm, and had a similar issue? I would love to hear how you solved this.

Wow Marcel - I wasn’t sure what I was expecting to hear…but it wasn’t this!! Many thanks indeed. I’m actually away right now so I can’t report back until tomorrow evening. But this sounds very promising.
Can I surprise that this was a known issue? ZoneAlarm have also issued instructions for how to turn off the threat emulation thing (seemingly it’s called ‘advanced file protection’ and is part of their ‘hacking protection’) so I can try that too if it still fails.

Just to say - it's working perfectly! Whatever you did completely fixed the issue. No alterations needed to my Zonealarm software :) thank you very much indeed for such an excellent response. Looking forward to getting to grips with my lovely new 8341s and joining the Genelec family.
