8320 with GLM system is losing connection and crashing audio driver?

Hello!

I have a problem with my 8320 speakers and my GLM system.

The speakers are connected to a Focusrite Scarlett 2i2 interface which is connected to my Windows 11 PC.

The problem sometimes occurs several times a minute, sometimes once in an hour. When I have any load on my PC (it's not the deciding factor, sometimes it can be switching to a new song in Spotify) the speakers lose the connection, output a quick white noise sound and are not working for like 10 seconds. All the programs show that "there must be a problem with your speaker" pop up. After the 10 seconds, everything is back to normal. 

It makes this unusable and I've tried reaching out to my seller about this problem but they weren't much of a help. I've been using these speakers for a little over a year now and I've always had this problem. Even after changing the interface, cables, no GLM attached. It doesn't matter. I've also updated my audio drivers several times or reinstalled them.

Should I message my seller about an exchange or repair?
