Registered products don't show

Looking for my registration information, I see none. Trying to re-register them  again prompts the message "Product is already registered".

So what?

    Hello! If you have any troubles with products not showing up in the new portal just submit us a request (top right corner). We will sort that out for you!

    Likewise here, I think I already registered my speakers on the old site, but they're not showing up.
