Hello! If you have any troubles with products not showing up in the new portal just submit us a request (top right corner). We will sort that out for you!
Likewise here, I think I already registered my speakers on the old site, but they're not showing up.
Will our previously registered products be “moved” to the new MyGenelec?
Yes, you should find them under your new account. If this is not the case, please let us know!
Same for me. Definitely registered and definitely not showing on current site.
