I'm using MacOS and I get error "Could not upload setup file to the Cloud!" with GLM. What to do?
Before starting the calibration please make sure that you are logged in to GLM4. If it still does not work, follow the instruction below.
Go to System Preferences->Firewall
In "Firewall Options", make sure that GLM4 access to the Internet is not restricted. If the Firewall Options are set like the image in below it should work.
